Payment and cancellations Policy: - Payment can be done by MasterCard.
- Your credit card will be charged by us, and the suppliers will receive a voucher from us covering the services you have booked.
- Your credit card will be automatically debited in full 7 days before arrival.
- Services can be cancelled up to 3 full working days (Monday to Friday) prior to expected start of services, with a penalty for EUR 50 administration fees.
- Cancellations made within 3 working days of check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 2 nights stay fee.
- For non show there is a penalty equal to 3 nights fee.
- No refunds for unused services.
During High Season, April-June, August-October, Christmas/New Year and "special events" the following is The Payment and Cancellation Policy:- Any amendment or additional service made after the arrival - will be charged with EUR 50 HANDLING FEES - for each amendment/additional service.
- The cancellation fees, EUR 250 - per room, for cancellation received after the confirmation of services.

- The balance due will be automatically debited 30 days before arrival.

- Cancellations made within 30 working days of check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 4 nights stay fee.
- For non show there is a 100% penalty.
- No refunds for unused services.
